The following regulations relate to the Website "www.spuhl.com" (incl. all sub-sites) and to other Websites, which refer to "www.spuhl.com" (hereinafter referred to as "Portal"). The individuals named in the imprint manage these sites (hereinafter: "Operator").

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Wittenbach (St. Gallen). The Operator is also entitled to sue at the domicile of the CUSTOMER or at any other legal place of jurisdiction. In the event of disputes arising from consumer contracts, the domicile of the CUSTOMER shall be the place of jurisdiction in the case of legal actions brought by the Operator, and the domicile of one of the parties in the case of legal actions brought by the CUSTOMER.
