The following regulations relate to the Website "www.spuhl.com" (incl. all sub-sites) and to other Websites, which refer to "www.spuhl.com" (hereinafter referred to as "Portal"). The individuals named in the imprint manage these sites (hereinafter: "Operator").

The Operator excludes any liability (including negligence) that could arise from the access to or the inaccessibility of the portal or any of its elements and from the use thereof. The access to the portal and its use, as well as safeguarding or archiving of transferred data are not guaranteed. The Operator shall not be held liable for the safety of data during the transfer via Internet and assumes no responsibility for the currentness, correctness, completeness and precision of the information provided on these pages.

2. Intellectual Property Rights and ohter Rights
The Operator reserves all rights (in particular copyright and trademark rights) to the content and structure of this Website. No rights (right of use, intellectual property rights etc.) are acquired by accessing, downloading and copying of sites. Reproduction (complete or partial), transmission (electronic or via other means), modification, linking or use of the Portal for public or commercial purposes without obtaining prior consent in writing are prohibited.
3. No offer
All offers are subject to alteration and are non-binding. The Operator expressively reserves the right to alter, to complete or to erase parts of the pages or the entire offer, or to terminate temporarily or finally the publication without giving any special notice.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Wittenbach (St. Gallen). The Operator is also entitled to sue at the domicile of the CUSTOMER or at any other legal place of jurisdiction. In the event of disputes arising from consumer contracts, the domicile of the CUSTOMER shall be the place of jurisdiction in the case of legal actions brought by the Operator, and the domicile of one of the parties in the case of legal actions brought by the CUSTOMER.
